Lord, I Believe

Jesus saw a man blind from birth and He healed him on the Sabbath. The crowd and Pharisees hurled insults. The man tried to tell the crowd but they wouldn’t listen. Even the Jews called the parents of the man and wanted to know if he had been born blind.

The Jews were also upset about healing on the Sabbath. Yet Jesus had seen the poor blind man and He healed him on the Sabbath anyway. Jesus loves people. Just think how happy the man was who see after being blind so long.

I wonder how many people have spiritual blindness in this century. I wonder how we are in-side. Spiritual blindness carries on today. In our culture and in others, Jesus is often in the shadows or not seen at all. But, wherever He is truly seen, His truth offers healing for our blindness. And our healing can be compelling piece of evidence to others who cannot see Him. Our seeing and our telling give others a change to see!

Let’s have spiritual eyes and tell others about Jesus. “Lord I believe!”
John 9:27 New King James Version (NKJV)

He answered them, “I told you already, and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you also want to become His disciples?”
